Pupil Performance Tables

Our children consistently perform to a high level of academic attainment at Bishop Gilpin.  In the most recent end of KS2 tests (2019) our average pupil score was at the 'higher standard' level, placing us firmly in the top 0.01% of schools nationwide. 

We take additional actions to support progress of pupils with English as an additional language and our pupils eligible for Pupil Premium funding.

Pupil progress meetings are held termly by the class teacher and our senior leadership team to monitor and support each child. Parents/carers receive feedback about the progress that their children are making during termly meetings. Our tracking of pupils’ progress helps us to understand when pupils might benefit from additional help and also helps the school understand the impact of teaching and learning.
